Sales Contract

Parties


This Sales Contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between the buyer (“Buyer”) and Rugsofus (“Seller”). By placing an order on the Rugsofus website, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.

Product Description and Pricing


The Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, the products listed in the Buyer’s order, subject to the product descriptions, prices, and any applicable taxes and shipping fees as displayed on the Rugsofus website at the time of the order.

Payment


The Buyer agrees to pay for the products using one of the payment methods offered by the Seller. The Buyer represents and warrants that they have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Shipping and Delivery


The Seller will ship the products to the shipping address provided by the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. The Seller is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Risk of Loss and Title


Risk of loss and title for the products pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. The Seller is not responsible for any lost or damaged products during shipping.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds


Please refer to the Rugsofus Return and Cancellation Policy for information about returning, exchanging, or canceling an order.

Warranty


The Seller warrants that the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of [Insert Warranty Period] from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Contract, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the purchase price of the products involved in the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rugsofus is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as agreed upon by the parties.

Entire Agreement


This Contract, together with the Rugsofus Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings between the parties.
